Warranty Policy



Super easy for our customers to claim their warranty.

If you need to make a warranty claim, please make a quick video showing the issue and send it to us on WhatsApp at 9809709898. Our technical support team will review your video to see what's going on with your product. If there's a problem covered by the warranty, we'll happily repair it or replace it with a brand new one product.

Warranty Term and Conditions:

· It's good for 1 year from when you received your product delivery.

· It covers any manufacturing defects in our products.

· It also covers any parts broken during shipment to you.

· We'll fix or replace your product free of charge if it's still under warranty.


What is not covered by this warranty?

· Damage of a product resulting from negligence or using it outside of its limits or environment

· Damage of a product resulting from unauthorized modification of the product

· Damage caused by natural disaster 

· Theft or loss of the product

· Warranty does not cover any Third party claims against customer for losses or damages.

After warranty if any problem occurred, you can call us to our customer support we will make every effort to get it resolved and we may charge you for our expense in this case.
