Delivery

• Delivery of products may take 3 – 10 working days. You will be informed of unforeseen/unexpected delays. Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type, and other parameters.  
• International shipping turnaround time may be 10-15 working days. We have tied up with Aramex and DHL for global shipments. 

 Cancellation

• Cancellation of orders can be done from our side at any time before product shipment. In case, the product has already been shipped, customers are advised to refuse delivery if they want to cancel the order.
