Warranty Policy

Once you register your purchase with us, we have the record of your purchase in our system; you don't have to maintain purchase invoices, which makes the process faster and more reliable. Also, we prioritize resolving the problem as it does not need to go through the verification of purchase process.

Yes, It can be made faster if you take a small video or pictures of the problem you are facing with the product so that our support team can directly review it and give you a resolution immediately. You can send this on our Support WhatsApp Number 980 970 9898, at the time of first contact.

It covers any manufacturing defects, any parts broken during transit at shipment from our side, or any defect that arises during normal use of the product for 1 year from the date of delivery.

Damage to the product resulting from using it outside of its limits of intended use. Damage of product due to unauthorized modification of the product. Damage caused by natural disasters or water damage. Also, the theft or loss of a product can not be claimed for warranty.

Please do not worry; if you face any problem even after the warranty, please contact us, and we will make every effort to get it resolved free of any charge, if this is not possible, we will charge you a nominal part cost that got damaged and needs replacement.

Returns and Exchange Policy

You can opt for an exchange where all costs are covered by us under the following conditions:


1) If you have any problem or quality issues with the product.
2) If the product delivered differs from what was ordered or not as per the order specification.
3) If the product was found in a physically damaged condition or was found defective when the package was opened.
4) If you are unsatisfied with the product and just want to return it within 30 days of the delivery.

Return is not possible if there are the following conditions:

1) 30 Days have passed since the product was delivered.
2) The product is physically damaged by the customer due to improper use or any accidental damage.
3) Original Accessories have been lost or missing.
4) You can still contact us and we will try our best to resolve the issue you are facing.

Refund Policy

1) The product shall be sent back in its original condition as it was delivered, and the

3) We do not have stock to send exchanges, and the customer does not want to wait for the stock to arrive.

We never run away from our products, so we offer an unconditional 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all our products. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. Contact our customer support to avail it.

Delivery & Cancellation

Delivery of products may take 3 to 10 working days, depending on the mode of shipping as well as your location in India. In case of unforeseen/unexpected delay, the same shall be intimated to you.

International shipping turnaround time can extend to 10-15 working days. We have tied up with Aramex and DHL for global shipments.

If you do not get your shipment within the expected time, you are eligible for a 100% refund of your money. We will take responsibility for the shipment.

There are no issues with that. Please do any of the following as soon as you realize that you want to cancel your order:

1) Go to your Customer Portal and initiate cancellation.
2) If you do not have an account with us, go to our website and leave your message in the chat window.
3) You can inform us via call, WhatsApp, or Email.
4) If the shipment is not shipped yet, we will cancel it right away. But if it has already been shipped, you can refuse delivery so that it can come back to us, and a refund will be processed automatically once we get the product back.
